About the Founder
Mr. Kalpesh Patel also wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps since childhood. In 1986 after completing school he joined LLB and also started accompanying his father in court. In 1992, after getting a degree along with Rent litigation cases he added civil practice, revenue practices, and electricity cases. Meanwhile, electricity cases became Mr. Kaplesh’s monopoly – 3 out of 2 were filed by him until the government changed the law of the Electricity Act in 2003. His aim was to become a corporate lawyer which was successful in 2009 when he became an M panel member of IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Reliance Capital, Yes Bank, HDFC, ICICI, and much more corporate and non-banking finance companies. With this, he establishes his network in 18 districts of Gujarat. He has filed 10,000+ only financial cases.
Additionally, from his younger days, he was very much keen on the upliftment and progress of society and nation. He has elected many elections in college, Co-operative bank, Ahmedabad Bar Association, and Society (Samaj):
– Elected as a director in the co-operative bank. (1998)
– Elected as a Joint Secretary for Society (Samaj) for 5 years (2011-17)
– Elected as a Vice President for Society (Samaj) for 7 years (2017- till date)
Their 3rd generation Mr. Dhruvik Patel was also more passionate to become a lawyer than his father and grandfather. After completion of his schooling, he joined an integrated course, BA LLB (Hons) for 5 years from Nirma University and completed with distinction his specialization is in criminal cases. Soon after his graduation, he started practicing in the high court. In his 8 years of experience, he has handled many prominent and high-profile cases. During COVID-19 he along with 2 other lawyers was the first one to file PIL for the safety of Doctors.
